Race Nights are a fantastic method of fundraising and are also great just for fun! Take a look at some of our popular packages below.
Fundraising Race Night
What's Included?
- Up to 8 Digital Races (Horses, Dogs or Mixture of Races)
- Projector and Projection Screen
- PA System with Background Music Before & In-Between Races
- Host and 'Tote Manager' Staff for the night.
- All Betting Literature, Tote Tickets and Virtual Race Cards
- 50% Split Prize Fund / Charity Donation
Bets are placed at £1 50% goes to the prize fund to be shared amongst the winners, 50% to your charity choice.
- Pre-Event Fundraising: You can get Sponsorship for Races by local businesses in return for their logo being displayed before the race and you can sell the Jockeys of the horses in advance to boost the amount raised for your good cause. The winning jockey for each race will win a prize (to be supplied by the organiser)
- The Race Night Lasts Approximately 3hrs Inc Food Breaks, Raffles etc
Just For Fun Race Night
What's Included?
- Up to 8 Digital Races (Horses, Dogs or Mixture of Races)
- Projector and Projection Screen
- PA System with Background Music Before & In-Between Races
- Host and 'Tote Manager' Staff for the night.
- All Betting Literature, Tote Tickets and Virtual Race Cards
- Bets are placed using plastic chips. Winners of each race are given a 'winners' ticket. The person with the most tickets at the end of the night wins a prize (prizes provided). If there's more than one person with the same number of winners tickets at the end of the night, they will be entered into a raffle to judge an overall winner.
- The Race Night Lasts Approximately 3hrs Inc Food Breaks, Raffles etc
